The South Carolina Energy Office has partnered with the Boiler Efficiency Institute to provide training in boiler efficiency and operation through a two-day workshop. The objective of this workshop is to develop the participant’s ability to recognize and implement cost saving measures in a steam plant. Measures to be explored include low, upfront cost O&M procedures and fast payback heat recovery and cogeneration projects. Additional objectives include demonstrating the latest measurement instrumentations/techniques, safety equipment/testing, cleaning, storage and others.

Because of the SC Energy Office’s sponsorship, the workshop is being offered at a drastically reduced rate of $25.00.

This workshop is worth 1.6 CEU’s and 15 pdh’s.
