South Carolina Energy Performance Contracting Workshop
Please join the Energy Office and the Office of the State Engineer for the second annual Energy Performance Contracting Workshop on February 20 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Fairfield Electric Cooperative’s Blythewood office (701 Blythewood Road, Blythewood, SC 29016).
This year’s workshop will focus on the nuts and bolts of establishing a performance contract, including procurement and financing.

What is an Owner’s Representative and how can one help? – Matt Pesce, Facility Strategies Group
An experienced Owner’s Representative will clarify what one can and can’t do for a project and share experiences with a local government project in Greenville.
What about K-12 Schools? – Delisa Clark, Office of School Facilities
Public K-12 schools are not subject to the state procurement code directly, nor does Office of School Facilities assist in procurement. The office will, however, review facility improvements.
