Winthrop University
Over the last 20 years, Winthrop has made strides to improve its environmental impact and reduce energy usage through a series of upgrades to facilities across campus.
Medical University of South Carolina
MUSC chose to enter into a performance contract to replace aging or inoperable energy infrastructure and to improve the efficiency of systems at several facilities. This project included lighting upgrades and controls at numerous buildings, water conservation measures, boiler controls, energy management systems, and more.
The Citadel
The Citadel chose to enter into a performance contract to replace or modify their energy intrastructure and to improve the efficiency of systems at several facilities. This included lighting retrofits, water conservation measures, chilled water system expansions, boiler system modifications, and more.
University of South Carolina Beaufort
Before the retrofits, the Hargray Building on USCB's campus had high energy usage and costs. They were not only dealing with high electricity bills but also receiving frequent building user complaints about the indoor environment. USCB completed a lighting retrofit in the Hargray Building and plans to reduce energy consumption by implementing other energy conservation measures.
