South Carolina Clean Energy Workforce Development Tool 

The Energy Office created and maintains the South Carolina Clean Energy Workforce Development Tool to help connect individuals and organizations with the training resources they need to adapt to the rapidly-evolving clean energy field. Explore in-person and online training opportunities in numerous clean energy subfields including solar, energy efficiency, and heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R). 

Use the Clean Energy Workforce Development Tool

EducateWorkforce features premium, industry-tested course material that will help prepare learners for a career in a technical vocation. The content presented in these courses has been developed by qualified technical college instructors.

The South Carolina Technical College System comprises 16 colleges located strategically across the state and two internationally-renowned statewide programs: readySC and Apprenticeship Carolina. The Technical College System plays a key role in educating and training South Carolina's workforce for the in-demand, high-skilled jobs of today and tomorrow. 

Apprenticeship.gov is the one-stop source to connect career seekers, employers, and education partners with apprenticeship resources. Discover apprenticeships across industries, how programs are started by employers, and how to become an apprentice.
