Each year, the state’s three main facility managers organizations converge for a combined conference: the SC Tri-Association of Facility Managers Conference. This conference includes the Association of South Carolina Energy Managers (ASCEM), the Association of State Planning and Construction Officials (ASPACO), and the SC Association of Physical Plant Administrators (SCAPPA).
